According to Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat), house sales to foreigners in June 2021 became 4 thousand 748 by increasing 185,3 percent.

According to Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat); house sales to foreigners in June 2021 in Turkey became 4 thousand 748. Thus sold houses percentage increased 185,3 percent compared to the same month of the year 2020.

House Sales in November;

• İstanbul 2 thousand 257 house sales,
• Antalya 906 house sales,
• Ankara 300 house sales,
• Mersin 221 house sales and
• Bursa 148 house sales.

Most house sales were made to Iraq citizens

In June, Iraq citizens bought 773 houses from Turkey. Houses sold to foreigners in Turkey by nationalities in country in June 2021 are as below;

• Iraq citizens 773 houses,
• Iran citizens 683 houses,
• Russia citizens 300 houses,
• Afghanistan citizens 250 houses and
• Germany citizens 192 houses.
